Though categorized as a “remodel”, this project, located near the Burke Gilman trail, was almost entirely new while incorporating the re-use of half of the existing foundation. We used our extensive conventional wood-framed experience to incorporate industry standard framing details with the architect’s vision. Situated on a double lot, the tall and open design takes advantage of the lake, mountain and city view. Main living spaces are on the ground floor with a guest room and office in the loft.
