Located in the historic area of Ballard, Bramling Cross is an infill renovation project between two masonry buildings. Structural components include exposed wood beams with skylights that span the width of the narrow space, new vertical posts attached to the existing neighboring walls, and additional structural support for roof top air handlers and hoods for the cook tops.
