SSF teamed with Tarragon, Ankrom Moisan Architects and Compass Construction on the 88-unit Beryl Apartments project located on 12th and Pike. A market-rate project, it features studio, one- and two-bedroom units with high ceilings, large windows and Energy Star appliances and fixtures. A rooftop deck for residents includes an outdoor lounge, barbeque, dog run and garden plots.
