A new 54,000 square foot one story casino and gaming facility. The steel frame structure includes brace frames for stability with masonry perimeter walls for lateral stability. A significant structural element is a 60’ x 150’ porte-cochere integrated with a two-story entry and massive skylight. The foundation is conventional shallow bearing construction with a slab-on-grade floor.
