The new Alley 111 high rise is located on NE 9th Street just east of 110th Ave NE in downtown Bellevue. It includes 12 floors of apartments, a retail plaza on the ground floor and 4 levels of below grade parking. With over 310,000 square feet, Alley 111 is a 142 feet tall cast-in-place concrete structure with post-tensioned concrete slabs on concrete columns, laterally supported by concrete elevator and stair cores. The excavation for the below grade parking is 40 feet deep and shored by soil nails and shotcrete facing. Designed to meet LEED Gold certification, sustainable features include environmentally responsible storm water management, green roofs, high efficiency appliances and performance based building envelop/HVAC systems.
