Swenson Say Faget promoted Bart Blans and Pete Krebs to senior project manager, Evin Gibson, Chris Potter and Brian Rittereiser to project manager and Jocelyn Tetreault to project engineer. Melissa Holmberg is the new office coordinator. Blans has been with the firm for eight years, and is working on multifamily/mixed-use projects, including Alley 111 in Bellevue. Krebs was hired in January and is working on Angeline Apartments. Gibson has been with the firm six years and is working on the Bellevue Driving Range. Potter was hired 7 years ago and works in the Tacoma office. His projects include the Titus Will Toyota expansion. Rittereiser joined the firm in 2013 and is working on Fran’s Chocolates’ new Georgetown headquarters. Tetrealt was hired in 2012. She focuses on residential remodels and has worked on El Centro de la Raza’s mixed-use project. Holmberg has eight years of office administration experience. The structural engineering firm has offices in Seattle and Tacoma.
