A new 39,000 SF Ulab building is being built for University Prep at 2415 NE 80th Street. The new 3-story sustainable building will be home to flexible classrooms; art, science, and maker spaces; a two-story commons area; school offices; a gymnasium and activity rooms; a courtyard/external learning space; and a rooftop deck. University Prep is an independent school that serves students in grades 6-12.
