Tumwater Brewery Tower Renovation and Seismic Upgrade

Tumwater, WA

The City of Tumwater was gifted the 12,000 SF Tumwater Brewery Tower in an effort to save the building. Originally constructed in 1905, the tower is 6-stories high, and structural elements include brick and stone masonry, concrete, steel, and wood. Phase 1 of the project includes reroofing and masonry restoration. Phase 2 is a seismic retrofit. Phase 3 is the windows, doors, and finishes.
