Located in the heart of downtown Redmond, The Luke is a 5-story mixed use building is comprised of 4 levels of housing over a retail ground floor with two levels of below grade parking. This is the former Redmond Valley Furniture site. The 260,000 building is situated around an interior courtyard with a multi-purpose cabana for resident’s use. Construction of the above grade levels is wood over 2 levels of post tensioned concrete. Exterior balconies are pre-manufactured steel that bolt to the wood structure. The lowest level is below the water table resulting in a structural design that withstands high soil pressures on the concrete foundation wall.
