This new Community Health Care clinic includes a 21-exam-room medical clinic, a 12-chair dental clinic, a 1,400-square-foot pharmacy and various support services. The building is three levels in height and consists of steel framing. Composite steel beams and metal pan deck were utilized to minimize the structural floor depth. The lateral system for the building consists of special concentric braced frames which are exposed in several locations throughout the building.
