Located on the west side of Mercer Island, One Brook Bay is the interior remodel of the west wing of this 4100 SF L-shaped residence. With sweeping views of Lake Washington and Seattle in the distance, this renovation raised the low 7-foot ceilings, opened up the segmented 1970s-era home, and placed the kitchen at the center of all activities. Extensive floor-to-ceiling windows bring light into the space and highlight the 180-degree lake views for this active 4-person family and their guests. The remodel also included designing a new roof line, entry, and deck/patio area.
