This project was the renovation of a 50,500 SF office building for a gaming studio. The design of this 3-floor remodel centered around celebrating car culture, inspiring creativity in the workplace, and recruiting top talent. A main focal point is the large 2-story lobby with a rotating display of cars. The open office spaces are designed to be reconfigurable for future tenant needs with multiple large conference rooms and open meeting spaces. Other features include lounge areas, locker rooms, game testing and demonstration areas, and a sound studio with video production areas.

The existing building structure consists of post-tensioned concrete construction with raised access flooring throughout. SSF’s structural engineering services included wall framing, modifications to existing framing, operable partition support structures, and decorative ceiling elements to aid the architect and tenant in achieving their vision.
