Work is finished on the Burwell Apartments, located at 1010 Burwell in Bremerton. The 20,000-square-foot building has 25 units, with one-bedroom and one-bedroom-plus-den market-rate apartments of 600 to 750 square feet.
Accessible ground-floor units open to terraces, and upper level units capture views of the harbor and the Puget Sound.
The building is one block north of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and within walking distance of Bremerton’s Boardwalk, with its restaurants, bars, cafes, marina and the Bremerton Ferry Terminal.
