This new YWCA community, consists of four buildings located on Block 9 of the Issaquah Highlands Master Planned development. It provides 146 apartments and townhouses to mixed-income families. Units range in size from studios to three-bedrooms. All of the buildings on the site are wood framed construction with two built over a concrete post-tensioned slab acting as the lid for a single-level of parking below. A separate building houses a public community center, rental offices, and central mechanical. A pedestrian bridge at the north end of the site crosses Highlands Drive and ties into the existing Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride garage. The bridge is a steel framed structure supported on steel columns and reinforced concrete foundations.
