SSF worked with Brandt Design Group to build a new, custom-designed northwest contemporary home on a western facing Mercer Island lot with views of Lake Washington, the floating bridge, and downtown Seattle. The structure features exposed wood roof beams, a tension cable hung deck covering, and an exposed steel feature stair.
