The remodel and addition to an existing two-story 1950’s brick rambler. A third floor was added to the existing home and the interior spaces were completely redesigned. The dining room addition extends into the back yard creating a covered eating area while providing extra square footage inside. The home won an AIA Home of the Month award and was featured in Seattle Magazineand Northwest Home and Garden Magazine.
