This project is a mid-rise, mixed-use building consisting of eight loft-style units. The building has an exposed structural steel frame, composite floor decks and corrugated metal decking at the ceilings. The project was a National Winner in the AISC 2002 Engineering Awards of Excellence competition and received a Merit Award in 2001 from the AIA Washington Chapter.
