Washington State Legislative Building

Swenson Say Fagét has been involved with the Legislative Building since 1998. The scope of work began with a seismic evaluation of the primary structure and exterior stonework. It then continued with structural engineering in support of a $90-million rehabilitation. The knowledge gained from the 2001 earthquake response was used to refine the proposed seismic upgrades and rehabilitation.
