Rainier Beach Medical and Dental Clinic

This new two-story clinic located in the Rainier Valley neighborhood is owned and operated by Neighborcare Health.  The first floor includes a dental clinic, pharmacy and clinic administrative offices.  The second floor houses the medical clinic including exam rooms, clinic offices and lab.  The roof structure for the new building consists of a steel roof deck spanning between steel beams which in turn span to steel girders.  The steel girders are supported on steel columns.  The upper floor is constructed of composite steel deck and concrete topping supported on steel beams and steel columns.
