During high school, Joanna took a drafting class that introduced her to the world of architecture, engineering and construction. Born and raised in Chicago, she moved to Seattle in 2013 and began at SSF shortly thereafter. Similar to other staff members, Joanna enjoys the work-life balance encouraged at SSF. She has taken advantage of the ‘life balance’ portion by embracing the Pacific Northwest pastimes of biking, hiking, backpacking and swimming.
