Home grown here in Washington, Chris attended the University of Washington, worked for a brief time designing bridges, and is now enjoying the challenges of designing structural solutions for new and renovated residences throughout the northwest. An avid outdoor enthusiast – common among the SSF team – Chris spends most weekends climbing, hiking, skiing or biking. He mixes this up with the occasional trip to see a coastal lighthouse – his favorite so far is the Permaquid Lighthouse in Maine, built in 1827.
