Vineyard Lane was designed to meet King County’s Built Green standards. Many construction elements contribute to minimizing sound, including gypcrete floors, completely separate party walls, separated floor diaphragms, insulated walls, double drywall walls and ceilings, resilient channels and sound insulating windows. Flats, townhomes, penthouses and cottages offer a new community with a number of housing styles. Also included in the community is The Willow, a building containing a bed and breakfast, cafe and large gathering spaces.
