This new dealership for Titus Will includes a showroom with a second level of offices and a full service department. To gain economy, tilt-up concrete panels were used for the exterior walls for the service department. The showroom, however, required an open elevation so steel moment frames were utilized to meet this design goal. The roof framing consists of long-span open web joists minimizing the number of columns necessary in the interior space.
