As part of an effort to revitalize the town’s city center, this new 55,000 square foot mixed-use complex consists of a community activity center and retail space at ground level with three floors of market-rate condominiums above. The structural design includes a two-way mild reinforced transfer slab over the commercial space to support the wood-framed levels above. The foundations consist of driven, pre-cast concrete piles.
