The first student housing project for Everett Community College, Mountain View Hall is a six-story conventional wood-framed project with 120 apartments. The 200 SF units have a mini kitchen and a bathroom and are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a shared full-size kitchen, common areas, and courtyard.

SSF has also completed more than 75 micro-housing projects throughout the Seattle area.
