KWA Senior Housing

This new 5-story facility includes 62 one-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors, a commons, and 3,000 square feet of space used for the Korean Women’s Association community services. Below the commons area is a basement level dedicated to office and parking. The structural systems consist of light framed wood construction at the residential and common areas and conventional reinforced concrete walls and post-tensioned concrete slabs for the basement.
