A new 16,000 square foot community center built for the Boys and Girls Clubs of King County. One of the first clubs dedicated to teens to be built by the organization, this building is centered around a tall gymnasium with programming space on two sides. The structural design includes pre-cast insulated concrete panels for the gymnasium. All other exterior wall systems utilize light gage steel studs and the roof framing consists of bar joists.
