A new custom residence situated on a bluff overlooking Lake Washington and the Cascades. The design takes advantage of the site by capturing broad, unobstructed views while preserving privacy. The house includes a large main level, with a partial sub-grade basement, and partial upper floor. The building structure consists of insulated concrete walls with steel deck and concrete topped floors. The roof structure is also steel construction with steel deck supporting a metal roof.
