Located in the heart of Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood, Angeline is a 150,000 square foot mixed-use project. It consists of a 2-story subterranean parking garage, 29,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor with 5-stories of residential units above. The structural design includes post-tensioned concrete decks with wood framing above. An accessible roof deck includes a community garden and green roof. SSF worked closely with owner, Security Properties, and architect, Bumgardner, on this project.
