In Seattle, Swenson Say Faget hired engineers in training Dani Rustagi, and Sarah Olson as staff engineers and Kathryn Beames as a CAD technician. Rustagi holds a bachelor’s in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is working on residential projects. Olson holds a master’s in structural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She is doing multi- and single-family work. Beames holds an associate’s degree in architectural engineering drafting from North Seattle Community College, and a CAD for design and construction certificate. She supports drafting projects in Seattle and Tacoma.
